Payroll Services

We have a seamless onboarding process for our new clients. All we need from you is proof of FEIN, State Unemployment ID Number and current year tax rate, Voided Company Check, and Employee Setup Packets. From there, we get you set up in our software program so you can start managing your payroll all in one place.

Nope! We know that both employers and employees enjoy the paperless benefits of direct deposit, so we offer no minimums to use direct deposit.  

We ask that payroll be submitted 48 hours in advance. This helps us ensure your team is paid on time and accurately.

Yes, we do! Our team can help with both single and multi-state tax filings.  

Once we receive all the necessary documentation, we can have you set up and ready to run within three (3) business days. 

We have a courier service for local companies, and overnight service for out-of-town deliveries, and you can pick it up at our office. 

We cannot process payroll files on any day the Federal Reserve is closed. All the dates that the Federal Reserve is closed are listed under the resources page on our website. 

Absolutely! We strive to create a plan that works for you and your team.  

Yes, we partner with a third-party pay card service.

When you partner with Synchros, we get to know your organization to determine what services you need and when you need them. We would review your current state, where you are headed, and what goals you have for the future and identify an action plan accordingly. Most times, establishing your HR department is a marathon not a sprint! 

Our main focus is to understand your business and build trust with your organization and its leadership. In this remote environment we make it a priority for you to feel like we are integrated into your workforce as if we were working there! 

Absolutely! We are here to support anything you need. If it is to be an extension of your existing HR department then we can do that too. Our goal is to take on the tasks that will free your team to focus on what is important! 

There are lots of variables that go into determining the cost. Every organization is different so the pricing will reflect exact needs. We’ll partner with you to determine what you need and walk you through what we think is the best way to approach it. What you need may vary so we offer a project-based pricing structure and a retainer-based pricing structure. We want you to pick what is best for you and the organization! 

Our Human Resources staff is integrated into the HR community and affiliate SHRM chapters. We partner with an employment lawyer to ensure we cover all our bases and provide you with the most up to date information. 

Our office hours are M-F 8-5 typically, but we do have a process in place for any emergencies that may come up in your organization that require our assistance.
